Pua the pig and Hei Hei Rooster Moana glitter tumbler, so sparkly and beautiful. please make sure to include your requested name in the personalization box or note to the seller. The requested name will be placed on the back of the cup. The name and saying are in glitter vinyl. The tumbler is sealed with epoxy. So cute you will want to take your cup everywhere! Please allow 10 to 14 business days for us to complete your personalized tumbler. In some cases we may be able to rush your order, please message us for details.

PERSONALIZATION: if you choose to add a name, the name will be placed on the back of the cup. I will NOT email to confirm the spelling or placement of personalization. If you do not include your request I will make your tumbler as described in the listing. Please make sure to include all requests in the personalization box when ordering. A request placed after the order has been placed will only be accommodated if the item is not in the process of being completed.

Please keep in mind that these cups are made to order and each cup is not EXACTLY alike. Although I strive for perfection there may be small imperfections on your tumbler (such as extra glitter specks, etc.).

CANCELATIONS: Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of you placing your order. After 48 hours there will be NO cancelations or refunds, these are personalized items and once your item is being made we can not offer cancelations or refunds.

You will receive a tracking number once your item is ready to ship. Shipping labels are printed the day before your item is shipped. Shipping days are business days only.

All Custom Orders are non-refundable. If there is a defect (other than slight imperfections) please contact me within 5 days of receiving your item. We can not replace items after 5 days of your receiving the item.
